WeProject, Inc., established a Project Management Office (PMO) to support organizations as an extension to their team. Our PMO offers mentorship, coaching, and project management resources to help with short-, mid-, and long-term engagements.
The WeProject vision is to bridge gaps that naturally exist between users (customers) and providers (suppliers), to improve efficiencies and reduce work-related stress. The WeProject customer is defined as ‘a group’ of stakeholders; WeProject’s loyalty is to project deliverables, while building trusting relationships among the group; the WeProject promise is to hold all stakeholders accountable to contractual obligations and mediate when necessary.

Founder & Owner
Silvia Rodriguez is a Project Management expert and eternal optimist, whose goal is to bring out the best in everyone she meets. She believes we’re all valuable, but we must remain hungry and humble.
Silvia led smart grid and energy management projects for a fortune 100 company, before spearheading WeProject. Throughout her 20+ years in project management, Silvia has been known for her tenacity, energy, and positive attitude. Silvia’s innate soft skills and systematic approach have helped deliver complex multi-million dollar smart city projects in Canada, USA, and Latin America. Among those projects were MDM, AMI, and sub-metering deployments for utilities, independent power producers, and retail customers.
Silvia is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a member of the North Carolina Project Leaders Toastmasters club. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Project Management and an Associate of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering.
