Job Description:

Technical Project Lead is a contract-to-hire position with main focus on technical project management.

Responsibilities

  1. Implement and maintain a personal development plan with a growth mindset and habit improvement components, success path, and goals

  2. Support company vision, mission, goals and initiatives

  5. Follow mentorship program established for this role

  6. Plan, administer, execute, monitor, and control assigned project activities

  7. Support Project Management Office (PMO) and Senior Roles with administrative and overall project management activities

  8. Act as the liaison between technical/non-technical stakeholders, including WeProject, customers, end customers, vendors, partners, and contractors

  9. Communicate with and facilitate communication among stakeholders to maintain or improve team productivity and efficiencies

  10. Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for products, projects, and processes within assigned technologies and industries

  11. Support creation of marketing materials (ex. white papers, use cases, videos, blogs), lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives

  12. Execute job functions with integrity and excellent work ethic

  13. Travel regionally, nationally, and internationally

  14. Join and actively participate in associations, clubs, and other organizations related to service industries and job functions

  15. Work remote and in-person

  16. Other functions as may be assigned

Required Hard Skills

  • High computer literacy

  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint (or similar)

  • Technical aptitude

  • Multi-lingual (English/Spanish, English/Chinese, other), desired

Education & Experience

  • 2 – 4 years technical degree or major in IT, Computer Science, Building Management, Energy, or Sustainability; equivalent experience also acceptable

  • 1 – 2 years work experience in a Software Development, Analytics, Building Management, Energy, and/or Sustainability position; internship, co-op, work-based learning, and graduate work experience will be considered

  • 6-12 months sales or customer service experience
