Job Description:
Technical Project Lead is a contract-to-hire position with main focus on technical project management.
Responsibilities

Plan, administer, execute, monitor, and control assigned project activities

Support Project Management Office (PMO) and Senior Roles with administrative and overall project management activities
-
Act as the liaison between technical/non-technical stakeholders, including WeProject, customers, end customers, vendors, partners, and contractors
-
Communicate with and facilitate communication among stakeholders to maintain or improve team productivity and efficiencies
-
Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for products, projects, and processes within assigned technologies and industries
-
Support creation of marketing materials (ex. white papers, use cases, videos, blogs), lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives
-
Execute job functions with integrity and excellent work ethic

Travel regionally, nationally, and internationally

Join and actively participate in associations, clubs, and other organizations related to service industries and job functions

Education & Experience

2 – 4 years technical degree or major in IT, Computer Science, Building Management, Energy, or Sustainability; equivalent experience also acceptable

1 – 2 years work experience in a Software Development, Analytics, Building Management, Energy, and/or Sustainability position; internship, co-op, work-based learning, and graduate work experience will be considered

6-12 months sales or customer service experience
